VEGAN AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Enjoy this vegan avocado chocolate mousse for dessert, or top it with granola or shredded unsweetened coconut for a healthy breakfast.
2 ripe avocados (scooped out)
1/3 cup organic unsweetened cocoa powder
½ or 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk or other non-dairy milk
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend to combine. Garnish with fresh strawberries, raspberries, or coconut whipped cream and enjoy!
