Shipping ~ Returns
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
You are important to us and we always strive to give you the best service possible. We do our best to make sure our items are in stock, packaged properly and shipped to you in a timely manner. However, shipping carriers, product defects and humans are not perfect. So, if we do make a mistake, or your shipment is damaged, we would appreciate your patience and the opportunity to address your concerns.
We only ship in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. If you received only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items in your order when they ship.
* Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
How to make returns
Our return policy is simple.
If you are not 100% satisfied, just follow the
instructions below. We will always take care of you.
If you need to return an item, please use the Refund/Return/Exchange link below to request an RMA number. We will respond quickly with your RMA number and pre-paid shipping label if applicable. You must have an RMA return number on the label of your package or your package will be refused.
1. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Any claims must be filed with us within three (3) days of delivery.
2. Due to the nature of our products there are no returns or refunds unless you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged product. In this event, we will replace your product or issue a full refund and pay for shipping.
3. If you have ordered the wrong product, we will replace it with the right product after your return arrives here in releasable condition and any price/shipping adjustments have been made.
3. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. Unless you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged product. In this event, we will replace your product or issue a full refund and pay for shipping.
Steps to follow for a return:

- Login to your account.
- Click on Orders on the left.
- Find the order for your return and open it.
- Click on Request Return on the right.
- Fill out Return Items form.
- Click Submit Return Request.
When a return request is submitted, a notification email is delivered to the email address specified in your Account Settings, and you receive a confirmation email.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
