One of Our CBD brands, RSHO Hempmeds Gold Label has become the first company to be added to the Prescribers Digital Reference also known as Physicians' Desk Reference or PDR.

It's an honor for one of our companies to have the first CBD supplements listed in the iconic PDR®, which has been a resource for healthcare providers for over 70 years, We hope that this will help healthcare providers understand more about the benefits of our high-quality CBD products.

PDR® has been trusted by healthcare professionals to deliver drug and supplement information for more than seven decades and remains committed to providing prescribers with access to drug labeling, safety and other clinically-relevant information. The PDR® suite of services delivers multi-channel access to the most recognized drug information references in the U.S., interactive drug information services for EHR systems, and digital communications services via PDR.net® and mobilePDR®. PDR® does not independently vet any claims provided by manufacturers, nor endorse the products contained in the PDR®.

Failed safety testing for many CBD Brands

November 17, 2017
Penn State study shows nearly 70 percent of CBD (Cannabidiol) extracts sold online are mislabeled.
For a month, Bonn-Miller and his team of researchers conducted internet searches to identify and purchase CBD products available for online retail purchase that included CBD content on the packaging. The team purchased and analyzed 84 products from 31 different companies and found that more than 42 percent of products were under-labeled, meaning that the product contained a higher concentration of CBD than indicated. Another 26 percent of products purchased were over-labeled, meaning the product contained a lower concentration of CBD than indicated. Only 30 percent of CBD products purchased contained an actual CBD content that was within 10% of the amount listed on the product label. While studies have not shown that too much CBD can be harmful, products containing either too little or too much CBD than labeled could negate potential clinical benefit to patients. Further, the variability across products may make it troublesome for patients to get a reliable effect.

New York NBC February 13, 2019
The NBC I-Team tested six brands of CBD oil and four brands of gummies, five samples if each were purchased and the results were startling. The owner of Evio Labs in Miami, Florida reviewed the results of the lab report:

  • The brand Lazarus Naturals –contained dangerous amounts of lead and experienced counterfeit products sold under there name
  • CBDistillery-contained one pesticide that exceeds CA acceptable standards.
  • Jolly Green CBD oil- 500mg oil tested lab test showed contained less than half of the advertised amount on the packaging. The company did not respond.
  • Hemp Bombs Gummies- tested, contained less than half the amount of CBD advertised
  • Gold Line Gummies- Similar findings.
  • Dani’s Doll House- Claimed to have the strongest CBD gummies than can help "speed up your recovery" All the samples had ZERO CBD.

This should be a wake up call for CBD consumers, pay attention to lab results, where it is sold and where the plants are from. Industry experts recommend you make sure CBD testing is done by a third party .

Aren't you glad we have done the footwork and research on the safest, tested and best brands of Hemp CBD available. Our products are Organic,Triple Lab Tested, bottled under Pharmaceutical Control and contain Batch and Lot Numbers for traceability.

U.S. Hemp Roundtable Founded

As of the December 20 signing of the 2018 Farm Bill, the federal prohibition on hemp has been lifted. That’s a big deal.

But our legislative battles are not over. The Farm Bill allows states to have more restrictive policies that the feds – they can ban hemp cultivation, or restrict the sale of popular hemp products like CBD.

Since the US Hemp Roundtable was founded, we’ve led campaigns to fight state regulatory overreach…and we’ve often won, with your help. In recent weeks, from Texas to New York City to Maine to Sarasota to Idaho to North Carolina, the battleground appears to keep growing. The Roundtable is hiring lobbyists in key states, but we need the help from the grassroots – that’s you, the Hemp Supporters – more than ever The State Action Center features an interactive map of the 50 states. Click on your home state to access information on the status of hemp legislation, and then use our easy portal to write an action email to your state legislators. Don’t know who represents you in your state capitol? Can’t figure out what to say to them? Don’t worry! Just enter your zip code and a sample message is populated and automatically addressed to your personal representatives. Just personalize the message, click send, and your voice is heard.

The State Action Center is also an exercise in crowd sourcing. If you are aware of an emerging problem in your state, or a bill that can fix it that is not referenced in the State Action Center, send us an email to info@hempsupporter.com, and we can update the site.

We’ve proven so often in the past that when we share our voices, we win. Please help us build the State Action Center into a powerful force for Hemp Supporter advocacy.

We need your help to keep Hemp CBD in the hands of the people, not the Federal Government or Big Pharma. Protect your health, support Hemp.

Have a great weekend,
Your My Health Etc. Team.
